Uplift Technologies warrants their product lines as outlined below:

All Product Warranties are Non-Transferable from the original owner and do not cover:

  • Damage Due to Normal Wear and Tear, neglect or misuse;
  • Incorrect Assembly/Set up by the user or their agent; or
  • Improper use of the product.

Uplift Technologies Inc. maintains the right, where possible, to replace parts rather than replace the unit.  All repairs must be completed by Uplift Technologies Inc., their authorized agents, or as directed by Uplift.  If any repairs or alterations are made during the warranty period without the authorization of Uplift Technologies Inc., said Product Warranty becomes null and void.

If a warranty problem arises, consumers should first contact the vendor from whom they purchased the product. If for any reason they are unable to contact the vendor, they may contact Uplift Technologies Inc. directly for warranty service.

Prior to any repairs or replacement parts being provided, a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number must be provided by Uplift Technologies Inc.  Shipping charges to Uplift Technologies or its authorized agent on items to be repaired/replaced under warranty are the responsibility of the consumer, unless Proof of Purchase is provided showing that the RMA number was issued within 30 days of the product purchase.  In this case only, Uplift Technologies Inc. will arrange shipping.

Issuance of an RMA number does not constitute automatic repair or replacement of the product.  All product returned under warranty is subject to inspection. Once the defect is validated by inspection, the product will be repaired or replaced and returned to the consumer at Uplift Technologies Inc.’s expense. Should the defect not be validated, the product will be returned to the consumer at the consumer’s expense. All return shipping by Uplift Technologies Inc. will be done via “Ground” service.

Day-Light Warranty – Uplift Technologies Inc. guarantees that the Daylight (excluding light tubes) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for five years from the original date of purchase.
THESE WARRANTIES SHALL NOT APPLY IF THIS PRODUCT: (a) IS USED WITH PRODUCTS NOT SOLD OR LICENSED BY UPLIFT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NON-LICENSED ENHANCEMENT AND DEVICES, ADAPTERS, AND POWER SUPPLIES); (b) IS USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING RENTAL); (c) IS MODIFIED OR TAMPERED WITH; (d) IS DAMAGED BY NEGLIGENCE, ACCIDENT, UNREASONABLE USE, OR BY OTHER CAUSES UNRELATED TO DEFECTIVE MATERIALS OR WORKMANSHIP; OR (e) HAS HAD THE SERIAL NUMBER ALTERED, DEFACED OR REMOVED. ANY APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE WARRANTY PERIODS DESCRIBED ABOVE. IN NO EVENT SHALL UPLIFT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE BREACH OF ANY IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTIES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR EXCLUSION OF CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state or province to province. This warranty is only valid in the United States and Canada.
