We understand that light therapy is essential for getting through those harsh, dark winter months. That's why we stand by the quality of our lamps. All Day-Light therapy lamps come with a solid five-year warranty, and all TheraLite lamps are backed by a one-year warranty. You can count on us to keep your light shining bright when you need it most.

 

Below, you will find more information about what our warranty covers and does not cover. If issues arise due to any defects from regular use, we will make it right.

 

What is covered:

  • Defects in materials and craftmanship from regular use
  • Damage from shipping

What isn't covered:

  • Damage due to normal wear and tear, neglect, or misuse
  • Incorrect assembly/setup by the user
  • Improper use of the product
  • Modification
  • Failure to adhere to the accompanying instructions
  • Commercial use or use other than for personal, family, or household purposes

What to Do if Your Lamp Becomes Defective

We take pride in creating high-quality lamps designed to shine bright. However, we understand that no one is perfect, and manufacturing defects occur. Should your lamp become defective while under warranty, we'll arrange a replacement or repair.

To request a repair or replacement, call (8005268051) or email (customer.service@day-lights.com) to arrange for warranty service. We will then diagnose if your lamp's issues fall under warranty. Repair or replacement is at the option of Day-Light, and the warranty may not include:

  • Labor charges incurred in replacement part(s) installation
  • Repair of any such product
  • Shipping expenses
