I've used smaller therapy lights in the past to help me feel less gloomy during the winter. I need sun. But I realized how great this light is after just the second 15-minute session. My energy level does not tank in the afternoon and I'm feeling more perky. So glad I made the leap and invested in this lamp to keep me going this winter.
I love this lamp for light therapy. It has only been about two weeks, but I already notice a difference. It is easier to get out of bed in the morning and I find I am looking forward to my 30 minutes sitting in front of the light!
Was a little skeptical, but it does help with my morning grogginess and lights a fire under my “get up and Go”.
It also helps energize throughout the day. Sleep has been better as well!
Probably could do without the alarm & charger, but the light works well. Easy to use, works well as a task light at the lower settings. Good value for the price
We’ve been using this for two weeks and it has been very helpful! We set it up on a bedside table, wake up 15 minutes early and turn it on, sometimes supplementing another 15 minutes during breakfast or in the morning.
Works for me! Gives me more energy.
I like the adjustable angle and the fact that it has some UV. I angle it slightly away from me and keep it one while I work at a desk. It helps. I don’t feel like crawling into a hole at the end of the short cloudy day.

Great quality, minimal glare, no headaches, study stand, large size so I can enjoy our light therapy with my kids.
The main problemi have is the metal arm does not fit into the base properly so it wiggles. The brightness and size are wonderful.
I love this thing! I have been using it 10-20 minutes every morning for 3 weeks and noticed a significant improvement within the first few days. More importantly, though, I am actually tired at a reasonable hour, so I’m not only getting better quality sleep, but also more sleep. I was a chronic 5-6 hour sleeper and I’m up to7 hours consistently now, which is huge! The light quality is very pleasant and doesn't leave me seeing spots like other, less expensive lights I’ve tried. Definitely worth the price for the difference it’s made for me in such a short time.
It's been amazing! I have already noticed huge improvement in my mood and mental health.
Unfortunately, this light has a mind of its own. Often it won’t turn off without being unplugged, or gets stuck on the highest setting. I think the settings button gets stuck, bc it rarely does what I want it to do. Would never buy this brand of product again, especially with how expensive it was.

Illustrations show individuals facing the light fixture while others have the light over their shoulder which is confusing. It was difficult to find a location to place the light so that it was 12-24" distance
Compact design; effective light output comparable to units far more costly. I turn it on every morning to wake up to the sense of being under the sun at the beach, without the heat or tanning rays, and raises my spirits.
I bought a different light from Day-Light and love it and decided to add this 360 light to enhance my light. I use both lights and has helped me with my SAD.
Very handy size -- I have the lamp set up between my coffee grinder and espresso machine so I can get full light exposure first thing in the morning as recommended. My circadian rhythm is getting stronger ever day :-)
I love it but I wish I got it on Amazon because it’s cheaper there or from FB marketplace.
After using this product for a good 10 days, there is no question but that it has improved my quality of life: I sleep better, wake up feeling rested; and have more energy during the day. As for customer service? I'm not so impressed. I used a link to contact the company with some questions I had about proper usage. What I got back was crickets. Customer service should mean something.
