This light helps me wake up in the morning and get going despite the darkness of winter mornings. I am also falling in to a parasympathetic state more easily in the evening. I am sleeping better and my cognition has improved. I am a perimenopausal elementary school teacher. Life is ROUGH. This helps.
The Day-Light Therapy Lamp has been outgassing for 2 weeks. The room it is in is saturated with a plastic smell? Is this to be expected? It is troubling? Was there an issue with manufacturing the lamp? Have other customers cited this problem? Catherine
Great light, but on/off controls do not always actuate correctly. That said, the quality of light is perfect as a daylight replacement on those dark winter days and/or in windowless rooms. My cats also approve and are often found “sunning” themselves near the lamps.
It is fine, the size of a desktop monitor, and the specification of use being it needs to be on, in front of your face for 15-60 minutes every day around the same time for best results makes it very inconvenient for me. Looking to sell mine or return it because I can't integrate it into my day.
This light is just what I’ve needed. I spend some time using it in the morning before work, and my attitude and energy has become way more positive. Highly recommend if you are susceptible to low energy and really feel the pain of short daylight hours.
The lamp was purchased for my son, but our whole family uses and enjoys the lamp. It’s too early to see any difference in my son’s mood but I am happy we purchased it.
Do not like at all. Does not have the same power I am used to. But the size is optimal.
The lamp helps with providing a much needed light experience while I work, especially during the gloomy seasons. BUT, the top is unpredictable on when it will lock in place or continue to fall and gave the light facing the desk instead of me.
Bulky, heavy, expensive and with a large footprint, but surprisingly effective when used as instructed!
I cannot evaluate the therapeutic value of the lamp because I have only been using it for 2 weeks. I do love the lamp itself. it is a good size for my desk, The quality of the light is great, bright without glare, and the intensity of the light can varied substantially.
It took some time to get used to sitting so close to it for the full effect but I’m very comfortable with it now. I set it up right next to my bed and in the morning I just pull it close and play on my phone for 30 min while laying on front of it. It makes mornings so much easier.
I purchased the 24" x 7.5" light and love it. I set it up on my counter each morning and then cook my breakfast, eat, and do the clean up while in its range. Really enjoy not having to sit in front of a light for 20+ minutes.

I bought this a month ago and it was missing screws. I've contacted support and it still hasn't arrived despite multiple attempts.

I've used smaller therapy lights in the past to help me feel less gloomy during the winter. I need sun. But I realized how great this light is after just the second 15-minute session. My energy level does not tank in the afternoon and I'm feeling more perky. So glad I made the leap and invested in this lamp to keep me going this winter.
I love this lamp for light therapy. It has only been about two weeks, but I already notice a difference. It is easier to get out of bed in the morning and I find I am looking forward to my 30 minutes sitting in front of the light!
Was a little skeptical, but it does help with my morning grogginess and lights a fire under my “get up and Go”.
It also helps energize throughout the day. Sleep has been better as well!
Probably could do without the alarm & charger, but the light works well. Easy to use, works well as a task light at the lower settings. Good value for the price
